Welcome to Theological German, a site for fellow travelers and strugglers, trying to read theological texts in German. The site will include brief grammatical hints and short texts with vocabularies. The first passages will be from Bonhoeffer’s Widerstand und Ergebung, the German title of his Letters and Papers from Prison. By the way, I wanted to use “widerstand” in the site address, but it was already taken, so I chose the other word.
