OK, I’ve had a busy couple of days; I’ll catch up with the rest of the letter of 5 Dec ’43 over the weekend. Meanwhile, I’ve been planning to have a quote of the week, so here goes. I’m not sure I have 52 good quotes stored up, so maybe some of you can help me by sending in some good ones.
